To download, you need the latest version of
Winzip available at www.winzip.com as a trial version.
Depending on what you want to download, the downloads have to go in different places in the correct folders. So...
To get the walls, place the *.WLL files in:
C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/Gamedata/Walls
To get the floors, place the *.FLR files in:
C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/Gamedata/Floors
To get the skins, place the *.BMP or *.CMX or *.SKN files in:
C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/Gamedata/Skins
To get the houses, backup upir first houses then place the house##*.IFF files in:
C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/Userdata/Houses
To get the furniture, place the *.IFF files in:
C:/Program Files/Maxis/The Sims/Downloads
